At our Resort, every permanent resident has their own cozy home on their separate lot.  And yet, we are all situated within a friendly, supportive, safe, quiet, private Resort commmunity.  Our on-site Resort Managers and Assistant Managers, as well as your fellow Resort neighbors, are all there for you.  Everyone is watching out for everyone!  Everyone cares!  No one needs to be lonely or feel all alone.

Heated Pool (May - October), Club House (full kitchen, big-screen TV, large red brick fireplace, billiards, games, & seating for 60 people!), & laundry.  Also, we are just across a 2-lane road from the wide open lakeshore (officially part of Sequoia National Forest), offering plenty of peaceful walking & fishing!

Less than a mile away, you can walk or drive to: a hospital, 2 restaurants, supermarket, gas station, video rentals, hardware store, post office, pharmacy & even a bowling alley! 

Only 2 hours from Los Angeles, and only 2,500 feet above sea level, yet so secluded, undiscovered and easily accessible!  Lake Isabella has 40 miles of pristine coastline, all open to the public.  The "Wild & Scenic" Kern River is only 6 miles away.  Enjoy great year-round fishing, boating, golf course, bird watching, & nature walking.  And, we're only a 40 minute drive to Bakersfield's new, upscale shopping malls & theaters.  

To be perfectly honest, even our Resort Owner, who is a Los Angeles Area resident, has his permanent "second home retreat" here at our Resort.  Why?  Beautiful & isolated safety.  Quick accessibility.  Plenty of natural water.  Year-round fishing.  Local hospital.  He is totally prepared to immediately relocate to our non-urban, non-threatening area in case of any dangerous, urban-related emergency.   Shouldn't you be totally prepared too?
